analytical and problem-solving skills.\nGood communication and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with IMS DB/DC.\nKnowledge of MQ Series (IBM MQ).\nHands-on experience with Endevor, Changeman, and File-AID.\nExperience with Control-M and batch scheduling tools.\nProduction Support and Incident Management experience.\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum
