Ensure effective Design and Documentation in line with\nArchitecture requirements.\nCollaborate with the Project Manager to develop sound technical requirements that clearly outlines the\ntasks required to accomplished.\nOwn the delivery from a technology perspective which includes educating and updating the Development\nStandards, Best Practices and processes.\nReview code written by team members and ensure the developed code adheres to design and organization\nstandards/processes including performance and security.\nDefine/review and own the non-functional requirements delivery i.e., performance and security adherence\nof the software.\nCollaborate with various internal and external teams to ensure smooth delivery of the software.\nMentor the development team on technical/ design queries or issues to ensure they meet their day's\nobjectives.\nContribute to the technology innovation space across the organization.\nTechnical requirements\nSkills : Microservices, Node, DocumentDB, Java, React, AI Usage\nAdditional responsibilities\nCompetencies\nGood analytical ability and problem solving skills.\nHighly proficient in coding standards & best practices and code quality.\nGood understanding of the functional capabilities of the platform.\nHighly proficient in Design principles and Design Patterns including\nMicroservices Architecture style.\nExpertise in tool/ frameworks/ components selection processes to\nimprove the architecture.\nDecision Making Skills.\nAgile methodologies, processes and rituals.\nHighly proficient in defining and implementation Proof Of Concept (POC)\nas needed.\nQuick learner to skill up on the required technologies, process and tools.\nFull Stack Architect.\nGood Communication skills -
