The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies, and a passion for maintaining stable and secure IT environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nAdminister, monitor, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including routers, switches, wireless networks, and related network services.\nConfigure and troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking issues across the corporate environment.\nSupport LAN, WAN, WLAN, and internet connectivity services to ensure business continuity.\nImplement and maintain routing and switching configurations in accordance with organizational standards.\nMonitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively recommend improvements.\nInvestigate and resolve network incidents, outages, and service degradation within defined SLAs.\nPerform network upgrades, firmware updates, patching, and configuration backups.\nCollaborate with internal IT teams, including Service Desk, Systems Administration, Security, and Cloud Infrastructure teams.\nParticipate in infrastructure projects, network expansion activities, and technology refresh programs.\nEnsure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and audit requirements.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related discipline.\n3 years of experience in network administration, network operations, or network engineering.\nHands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches.\nTechnical Skills\nRouting\nStatic
