You'll also have opportunities to contribute to automation and AI-enabled customer communication initiatives while maintaining strong engineering and quality standards.\nResponsibilities\nOpenText Exstream Development\nDesign, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using OpenText Exstream.\nCreate and enhance templates, business rules, and document workflows for print and digital channels.\nDevelop personalized, high-volume customer communications aligned with business and compliance requirements.\nDocument Composition & Integration\nConfigure document templates, data mapping, conditional logic, and multi-channel output delivery.\nIntegrate Exstream with enterprise applications, databases, and communication platforms.\nSupport document generation, content management, and communication workflows.\nTesting & Support\nPerform testing, troubleshoot production issues, and implement performance improvements.\nSupport deployments, releases, and production migrations.\nConduct root-cause analysis and ensure reliable document generation processes.\nCollaboration & Quality\nParticipate in technical reviews, Agile ceremonies, and solution design discussions.\nMaintain technical documentation and follow development best practices.\nCollaborate with business, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality communication solutions.\nTechnical requirements\nMinimum Qualifications:\n- Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA.\n- 3-5 years of experience in software development and cloud delivery with strong hands-on exposure to GCP.\n- Solid working experience with Kafka for event streaming and messaging patterns.\n- Proven experience building and maintaining Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment workflows.\n- Strong troubleshooting skills, understanding of SDLC, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.\nAdditional responsibilities\nAbout us:\nInfosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
