You will also contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, performance optimization, and best practices while mentoring junior team members.\nAdditionally, you will support solutioning activities, effort estimations, proof of concepts, and technical proposals to help clients accelerate their PLM transformation journey.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and support Oracle Agile PLM solutions across implementation, enhancement, and support projects.\nDevelop and maintain Agile PLM customizations using Agile SDK, Process Extensions (PX), Event Subscribers, and Java-based components.\nConfigure and support Agile PLM modules including Product Collaboration (PC), Product Governance & Compliance (PG&C), Product Quality Management (PQM), and Product Portfolio Management (PPM).\nDesign and implement integrations between Agile PLM and enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle ERP, MES, and third-party applications.\nWork closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\nSupport Engineering Change Management processes including ECO, MCO, SCO, and workflow automation.\nPerform system troubleshooting, performance optimization, root cause analysis, and production support.\nParticipate in code reviews, technical design discussions, deployment planning, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.\nEnsure adherence to development standards, quality processes, security guidelines, and best practices.\nTechnical requirements\n5-12 years of total IT experience with 3-8+ years of hands-on Oracle Agile PLM technical experience.\nStrong experience with Oracle Agile PLM modules:\nProduct Collaboration (PC)\nProduct Governance & Compliance (PG&C)\nProduct Quality Management (PQM)\nProduct Portfolio Management (PPM)\nHands-on expertise in:\nAgile SDK\nProcess Extensions (PX)\nEvent Framework\nJava/J2EE Development\nWeb Services (SOAP/REST)\nXML, JSON\nSQL/PLSQL\nStrong understanding of Agile PLM business objects:\nItems\nBOM/Structures\nAML/Manufacturers\nChanges (ECO, MCO, SCO)\nQuality and Compliance objects\nExperience integrating Agile PLM with SAP, Oracle ERP, MES, and other enterprise applications.\nStrong knowledge of Agile PLM workflows, security, administration, and lifecycle management.\nExperience in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.\nHands-on experience with version control tools such as Git/SVN and deployment processes.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.\nAdditional responsibilities\nExperience in Agile PLM upgrades, migrations, and global rollout programs is preferred.\nExposure to Oracle Cloud PLM and coexistence/migration strategies from Agile PLM to Oracle Cloud PLM is an added advantage.\nExperience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, Medical Devices, High-Tech, or Industrial Equipment industries preferred.\nUnderstanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Data Management (PDM), and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.\nKnowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automated deployment frameworks is desirable.\nOracle Agile PLM certification and Java certifications will be an added advantage.\nAbility to work effectively in global delivery and client-facing environments.\nPreferred skills\nTechnology->Oracle Cloud->PLM\nEducation\nMaster Of Comp.
