Candidate will be intensely involved in business process consulting; candidate will define the problem, propose and create the solution. Candidate will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. Candidate will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. This is a challenging and important opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\nResponsibilities\nSolution Design & Architecture\nLead end to end solution architecture for Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, IC).\nDefine the chart of accounts, legal entity structure, ledger configuration, intercompany framework, and subledger accounting rules.\nDesign integrated finance processes such as procure to pay (P2P), order to cash (O2C), and record to report (R2R).\n2. Requirements Gathering & Fit Gap Analysis\nPerform fit-gap analysis and document enhancements, customizations, and integration points.\nTranslate business requirements into functional designs (MD50/FBD) and architectural diagrams.\n3. Cross Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with technical teams, including integrations, reports, security, and data migration teams.\nCollaborate with SCM, HCM, Projects, and Manufacturing teams to ensure end to end finance alignment.\n4. Configuration & Solution Validation\nOversee and validate configurations for:\no GL (ledgers, COA, AGIS/IC processes, allocations, consolidations)\no AP (invoices, approvals, payments, bank integrations)\no AR (billing, receipts, lockbox, revenue accounting)\n5. Integration & Reporting Oversight\nDefine integration requirements with 3rd party systems (banks, billing, procurement, CRM).\nGuide teams on OTBI, FRS, BI Publisher reports, and financial analytics.\n6. Project Governance & Delivery\nAct as the primary finance solution authority for the ERP program.\nOwn end-to-end design decisions and resolve cross-functional issue\n7. Stakeholder & Executive Communication\nPresent solution options, risks, and recommendations to program leadership.\nLead design reviews and provide progress updates to steering committees.\nTechnical requirements\nBachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree\n15+ years of overall Information Technology experience and minimum 8+ years of exclusive\nHands-on experience in GL, IC, AP, AR, FA, CA\nMust have implementation experience with a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud and foundational knowledge on AI\nRequired to have at least 2 or 3 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle Financials Cloud (AP, GL, AR, IC).\nLed at least two full cycle Oracle Cloud implementations as a Finance Lead/Architect.\nStrong experience in COA design, multi-ledger architecture, Financial consolidations, Intercompany accounting\nSolid understanding of Oracle project methodology (OUM) , and Agile and testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT etc.)\nGood understanding of FBDI templates, integration and data migration concepts\nOTBI, BIP, FRS reporting capabilities\nAdditional responsibilities\nExperience in industries such as Food and Beverage\nExposure to finance transformation programs (FP&A tools, automation, AI/ML-enabled forecasting).\nFamiliarity with SOX compliance, audit controls, and governance frameworks.\nPreferred skills\nOracle Finance->Oracle Cloud Finance,Oracle Finance->Oracle Fusion Finance\nEducation\nMaster Of Comp.
