The position will primarily be for implementing Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC/GRC) based on customer's requirements. The selected candidate be able to drive the CRP sessions, Data Conversion Workshops, Data Configuration, Fit-Gap analysis for requirements, Design Solution, perform SIT, support UAT and troubleshoot the functional issues during Cutover & Hypercare on the SaaS applications. Interact with customer process owners and SMEs to understand and analyze various processes.\nResponsibilities\nLead requirement gathering and solution design for Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) modules.\nImplement and configure Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) modules.\nDesign and maintain Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls and security policies.\nConfigure Advanced Access Controls, Transaction Controls, and Financial Controls.\nPerform risk assessments and compliance reviews.\nSupport audit and regulatory compliance initiatives (SOX, ISO, GDPR, etc.).\nDefine and document business controls, risk matrices, and mitigation strategies.\nMonitor policy violations and perform root-cause analysis.\nCollaborate with Finance, Procurement, HCM, SCM, and IT teams to implement effective controls.\nConduct access reviews, role certifications, and user provisioning assessments.\nPrepare functional design documents, test scripts, and deployment documentation.\nSupport user training, UAT, and post-production stabilization activities.\nWork closely with Oracle Fusion Security and Functional teams.\nAbility to deliver under strict timelines. Good communication and customer-facing skills\nTechnical requirements\n5+ years in Oracle Cloud Finance, with Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC/GRC) Consultant implementation experience to support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Risk Management and Compliance solutions.\nThe ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), internal controls, segregation of duties (SoD), audit compliance, and Oracle Fusion Cloud application.\nAdditional responsibilities\nAbility to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability\nGood knowledge on software configuration management systems\nAwareness of latest technologies and Industry trends\nLogical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate\nUnderstanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available\nAbility to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions\nOne or two industry domain knowledge\nClient Interfacing skills\nProject and Team management\nPreferred skills\nOracle Finance->Oracle Cloud Finance,Oracle Finance->Oracle Fusion Finance\nEducation\nMaster Of Comp.
