Python Appium Automation tester

As a SeniorPython Appium Automation test, you will lead the verification of complex connected health systems, mobile platforms, and implantable devices. You will drive test strategy, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust system integration and compliance with regulatory standards, including ISO 13485 (Medical Devices) and ISO 14971 (Risk Management). Your expertise in system verification, test automation, BLE protocol, and mobile testing will be critical in delivering high-quality medical and health technology products.

Responsibilities

• 7+ years of experience in systems engineering, software development, and verification, with significant exposure to medical devices or regulated environments.
• Experience in test automation using Appium, Python, Selenium, API Automation and related tools.
• Deep knowledge of medical products/systems, performance testing, and troubleshooting.
• Strong experience with mobile application testing (Android/iOS), cloud technologies (AWS), and system integration.
• Proficiency in requirements analysis, configuration management, and issue tracking systems (Jira, Git, etc.).
• Experience with lab equipment: Oscilloscopes, DVM, BLE Sniffer & Real-Time Spectrum Analyser.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams, mentor engineers, and collaborate across disciplines.
• Experience supporting regulatory submissions and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
