business value through dependable automation.\nResponsibilities\nDefine and execute end-to-end test strategies for RPA solutions across design, build, deployment, and post-release validation.\nCreate detailed test plans, test cases, and traceability aligned to business processes, bot workflows, and control requirements.\nPerform functional, regression, integration, and UAT support testing for bots built on leading RPA tools.\nValidate bot stability across environments, schedules, queues, credentials, exception handling, and recovery scenarios.\nAutomate test execution where applicable using modern automation testing approaches and frameworks.\nCollaborate with RPA developers to triage defects, perform root-cause analysis, and drive fixes to closure with clear evidence.\nEnsure version control discipline and review changes using GitHub workflows to support controlled releases.\nSupport CI/CD-aligned testing practices by integrating test assets, results, and quality gates into delivery pipelines.\nProduce clear test reports, quality metrics, and release readiness recommendations for stakeholders.\nMentor junior testers/consultants and contribute to reusable test accelerators, templates, and best practices.\nTechnical requirements\nGraduation in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.\n5+ years of overall experience with strong exposure to testing RPA solutions and automation-driven workflows.\nHands-on experience with RPA tools and testing of bot logic, exception handling, and process outcomes.\nStrong knowledge of automation testing concepts including test design, defect lifecycle, and regression strategy.\nWorking proficiency with at least one RPA platform such as UI Path, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.\nExperience using GitHub for version control, collaboration, and release traceability.\nAdditional responsibilities\nGood to have skills: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power
