support of RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).\nDrive SAP S/4HANA development activities, including custom code remediation, extensibility, and modernization initiatives.\nArchitect and develop solutions using Modern ABAP, CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, and RAP.\nDefine development standards and ensure code quality, performance optimization, and best practices.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, FI, EWM, TM, GRC, etc.) for solution design and delivery.\nLead technical design discussions, code reviews, testing cycles, UAT, cutover activities, and go-live support.\nMentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance to project teams.\nParticipate in effort estimation, solution architecture, and stakeholder management activities.\nTechnical requirements\n9-18 years of SAP ABAP experience with multiple SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, upgrade, and conversion projects.\nStrong expertise in:\nABAP on HANA / SAP S/4HANA\nCDS Views, AMDP, RAP Framework\nEnhancements (BADI, User Exits, Enhancement Framework)\nInterfaces (IDoc, RFC, OData, Web Services)\nForms (SmartForms / Adobe Forms)\nWorkflow Development\nGood understanding of:\nClean Core and Extensibility Concepts\nSAP Development Best Practices\nPerformance Optimization Techniques\nTechnical Architecture and Solution
