The role is accountable for project success, sprint\ndelivery, team effectiveness, stakeholder communication, risks and issues, resource coordination, change\nmanagement, QA and delivery governance.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nOwn overall project success and deliverables.\nRemove impediments and help keep the team fully functional and productive.\nManage day-to-day project activities for sprint delivery.\nPrioritize architectural changes versus user-story development.\nFacilitate senior-management reviews, status updates and sign-off processes.\nManage project communications, issues, risks, scope and changes.\nExecute change-management controls in coordination with the customer.\nCoordinate project resources and availability to meet deadlines.\nCollaborate with customer stakeholders to report and mitigate project issues and risks.\nDevelop and implement QA processes for deliverable quality and milestone achievement.\nTrack sprint metrics and audit deliverables.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor degree in Engineering or related field.\n10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in Scrum Master or Project Management roles.\nScrum Master Certification.\nStrong Agile/Scrum and SDLC knowledge.\nStrong communication, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nPreferred / Good to Have\nGolang/Java/Python/SQL
