The role combines hands-on Golang engineering with technical ownership, POC development, continuous\nimprovement, database optimization, cloud-native delivery and support for reliable production services.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nDesign, develop and maintain backend product features and services using Golang.\nDesign and optimize database structures and queries using Google Spanner.\nBuild and support REST APIs, microservices and event-driven integrations.\nEnsure availability, reliability and performance through sound engineering practices.\nWork with DevOps teams on CI/CD, automation and infrastructure as code.\nAnchor proof-of-concept development to validate proposed solutions and reduce technical risk.\nIdentify continuous improvement opportunities for code quality and productivity.\nSupport monitoring, production troubleshooting, documentation, estimates and knowledge sharing.\nApply LLM and agentic workflow practices within the SDLC.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.\n5+ years as a Backend Developer, including 3+ years as a Golang Developer.\nStrong SQL/database, REST API and microservices knowledge.\nExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud-native technologies and CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience supporting high-load/high-uptime production services and Agile/Scrum delivery.\nPreferred / Good to Have\nJava/Python\nKafka/Pub/Sub\nGCP/AWS\nTerraform\nNewRelic/DataDog\nAirline domain experience\nPreferred skills\nGolang,Technology->Programming Languages -
