This role requires strong expertise in aerospace stress methodologies, Boeing standards, and advanced analysis tools.\nResponsibilities\nPerform static, fatigue, and damage tolerance analysis using classical hand calculations.\nApply Boeing Static and Book 1, 2, and 3 Fatigue Analysis methodologies.\nUse Boeing stress tools: IAS, XSA/SA+, FEADMS, IDTAS, Moss-Duberg, FAMOSS.\nExtract loads from Finite Element Models and determine critical failure modes.\nAnalyze primary and secondary metallic and composite structures.\nInterpret engineering drawings and coordinate with cross-functional teams.\nPrepare Engineering Stress Reports ensuring compliance and safety.\nCollaborate with onsite coordinators to meet customer expectations.\nTechnical requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.\n2-5 years of experience in aerospace stress analysis.\nExpertise in static, fatigue, and damage tolerance calculations.\nFamiliarity with Boeing stress methodologies and tools.\nAdditional responsibilities\nExperience in metallic and composite structural analysis.\nProficiency in Finite Element Analysis tools (Nastran, Patran).\nKnowledge of MRB and SRM processes.\nExperience with CATIA V5, Enovia.\nStrong communication and technical report writing skills.\nPreferred skills\nDomain->Aerospace->Aerospace Basics,Technology->CAD->CATIA->CATIA V5,Technology->Finite Element Analysis->Finite Element Analysis - Others\nEducation\nMaster Of Comp.
