This role requires strong engineering judgment, stakeholder engagement, and expertise in technical publications and safety/reliability standards.\nResponsibilities\nManage and deliver Technical Variance responses and outputs within defined cost, quality, and timelines.\nPerform technical execution and approve documentation as a Competent Author.\nAnalyze technical data and recommend solutions, including technical publication changes.\nEnsure compliance with aerospace documentation standards and safety/reliability requirements.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and external customers to ensure clarity and accuracy.\nExercise engineering judgment to identify Safety, Reliability, and Cost issues and provide solutions.\nTechnical requirements\nStrong knowledge of Aero Engine modules, parts, and terminology.\nExpertise in technical documentation standards (e.g., S1000D, AS9100).\nAbility to interpret engineering drawings and technical publications.\nFamiliarity with DFMEA / PFMEA, safety analysis, and reliability engineering.\nExcellent communication and networking skills for stakeholder engagement.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\nAdditional responsibilities\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related engineering discipline.\nExperience: 5-14 years in aero-engine technical documentation or engineering roles.\nHands-on experience in technical variance management, documentation, and compliance.\nCertifications in AS9100, S1000D, or Reliability Engineering are a plus.\nProven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.\nPreferred skills\nDomain->Aerospace->Airframe,Domain->Aerospace->MRO,Domain->Aerospace->TechPub,Domain->Content Design->Content Writing->Technical documentation\nEducation\nMaster Of Comp.
