Our journey of learnability, values and trusted relationships with our clients continue to be the cornerstones of our organization and these values are upheld only because of our people.\n\nYour role\n\nRequired:\n\nMust have a minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow configuration and development.\n\nMust have implementation experience in ITSM and any two of the ITOM Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, ITAM, IRM, SPM, HRSD, App Engine, Workflow Data fabric.\n\nMust have experience in building integrations through REST/SOAP.\n\nMust be excellent in English communication.\n\nMust have played client facing roles.\n\nAbility to work or lead or manage team members remotely and ensure tasks are completed on time with good quality.\n\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator.\n\nServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM and others.\n\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer.\n\nPreferred:\n\nGood knowledge or experience in AI/GenAI topics and offerings.\n\nGerman Language.\n\nPersonal:\n\nBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
