Your role Required: Must have a minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow configuration and development. Must have implementation experience in ITSM and any two of the ITOM Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, ITAM, IRM, SPM, HRSD, App Engine, Workflow Data fabric. Must have experience in building integrations through REST/SOAP. Must be excellent in English communication. Must have played client facing roles. Ability to work or lead or manage team members remotely and ensure tasks are completed on time with good quality.
