If you enjoy solving data integrity challenges, building scalable warehouse solutions, and championing governance with a practical, collaborative mindset, this is a great opportunity to make a visible impact while working with teams that value clarity, ownership, and continuous improvement.\nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead SQL-driven analysis and development to support enterprise reporting, governance, and stewardship needs.\nDesign, enhance, and maintain DWH structures (fact/dimension models), ensuring scalability, performance, and consistency.\nOwn data stewardship activities including data definitions, business glossary alignment, metadata management, and stewardship workflows.\nImplement and monitor data quality rules, issue management processes, and remediation tracking with stakeholders.\nPartner with ETL teams to define source-to-target mappings, validate transformations, and ensure reliable data pipelines.\nDrive data governance practices including policy adherence, access controls, and standardization of key data elements.\nDevelop and support Power BI datasets, semantic layers, and dashboards aligned to governed metrics and definitions.\nConduct root-cause analysis for data issues across source systems, ETL, and warehouse layers; recommend corrective actions.\nCollaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into governed data solutions.\nProvide technical guidance and reviews for SQL, ETL logic, and DWH design to ensure best practices and consistency.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBTECH, MTECH, MCA, or MSC.\n5-8 years of experience working with SQL, data warehousing (DWH), and data stewardship in enterprise environments.\nStrong hands-on SQL skills for data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and performance tuning.\nExperience supporting ETL processes and validating end-to-end data movement into a warehouse.\nWorking knowledge of data governance concepts, data quality practices, and stewardship operating models.\nExperience building or supporting Power BI reporting with a focus on consistent metrics and trusted datasets.\nTechnical requirements\nPrimary skills: DWH, Data Steward, SQL\nAdditional responsibilities\nPreferred Qualifications:\nProven experience defining and operationalizing data governance frameworks (standards, controls, stewardship processes).\nStrong understanding of dimensional modeling, data marts, and enterprise reporting patterns.\nExperience with data lineage, metadata management, and business glossary implementation in collaboration with stakeholders.\nAbility to lead cross-functional discussions, influence data standards adoption, and drive closure on data quality issues.\nExperience optimizing ETL workflows and improving reliability, auditability, and reconciliation of warehouse loads.\nAdvanced Power BI experience including data modeling, DAX measures, and performance optimization of reports/datasets.\nPreferred skills\nTechnology->Analytics -
