Sr. GenAI Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Senior GenAI Engineer to design, build, and scale agentic AI systems, RAG pipelines, and MCP-based integrations for enterprise use cases. The role involves engineering depth and product ownership, collaborating with business, data, and platform teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain Agents, AutoGen, CrewAI, and LlamaIndex.
• Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, including chunking, embeddings, vector stores, hybrid search, and reranking.
• Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools and integrations.
• Develop robust Python codebases, including SDKs, CI/CD, and deployments.
• Implement observability (tracing, logs, telemetry) and guardrails (safety, validation, rate limits).
• Conduct offline and online evaluations, including unit tests, A/B testing, and metric tracking.
• Integrate with vector DBs (FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone, Redis, Milvus) and model APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Python programming expertise.
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain Agents, AutoGen, CrewAI, and LlamaIndex).
• Experience designing and deploying RAG systems.
• Experience implementing MCP or similar protocol-based integrations.
• Experience with vector databases and embedders.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes basics.
• Strong understanding of security, data privacy, governance, and AI safety.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's or master's in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• LangOps/MLOps practices, including evaluation frameworks.
• Search systems (Elasticsearch/OpenSearch), OCR, and document pipelines.
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and Llama models.
• Knowledge of frontend integration for copilots.
• Work experience in regulated industries.
