develop tooling solutions, jigs, fixtures, gauges, molds, and dies based on engineering requirements.\nPrepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software.\nCollaborate with production, quality, and manufacturing teams to optimize tool performance.\nReview product designs to ensure manufacturability and tooling feasibility.\nPerform design modifications and engineering change implementations.\nSupport tool trials, testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities.\nGenerate BOMs (Bill of Materials) and maintain design documentation.\nEnsure compliance with engineering standards, safety guidelines, and customer specifications.\nCoordinate with vendors and suppliers for tool manufacturing and development activities\nTechnical requirements\nProficiency in CATIA, Creo, NX, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD.\nStrong understanding of Tool Design, GD&T, Tolerance Stack-up, and Engineering Drawings.\nKnowledge of manufacturing processes such as Machining, Casting, Injection Molding, Sheet Metal, and Assembly.\nFamiliarity with tooling materials and manufacturing methods.\nBasic understanding of DFMEA, Design Validation, and Quality Processes.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAdditional responsibilities\nB.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Tool Engineering, or related discipline.\n1 to 3 years of experience in Tool Design
