Experience in industrial, engineering, or technical domains is highly preferred.\nResponsibilities\nLead end-to-end UX/UI design activities across complex enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives.\nConduct user research through interviews, surveys, workshops, usability testing, and stakeholder discussions.\nTranslate business requirements and user needs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.\nDevelop intuitive, user-friendly experiences for enterprise platforms such as ERP, Engineering Solutions, DMS, and other digital products.\nFacilitate design thinking workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define innovative solutions.\nCreate and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards to ensure consistency across applications.\nWork closely with product managers, business analysts, architects, and development teams throughout the product lifecycle.\nValidate design concepts through usability testing and continuously improve user experiences based on feedback and analytics.\nSupport agile delivery teams by providing design expertise during sprint planning, development, testing, and release cycles.\nTechnical requirements\n8+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Software Program Management, or Digital Product Design.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of enterprise application designs.\nExpertise in Figma, Sketch, Miro, and other UX/UI design and prototyping tools.\nStrong understanding of User Experience (UX) principles, User Interface Design, Interaction Design, and Information Architecture.\nHands-on experience conducting user research, usability testing, interviews, surveys, and journey mapping.\nStrong knowledge of Design Thinking methodologies and user-centered design practices.\nExperience working in Agile and Scrum-based delivery environments.\nAbility to communicate design concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nAdditional responsibilities\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Psychology, or a related field.\nRelevant UX/UI certifications are preferred.\nPreferred skills\nDomain->User Experience Design->UX Engineering,Technology->UI & Markup Language->UI & Markup Language - ALL\nEducation\nMaster Of Comp.
