Windchill Implementation & Customization\nLead implementations of Windchill (PDMLink, MPMLink, ProjectLink) modules.\nOversee and guide customizations using:\nJava / J2EE\nInfo*Engine & Webjects\nJCA/JSX components\nREST & SOAP APIs\nOptimize performance, security, and configurations.\n3. Integration & Migration\nArchitect and lead integrations between Windchill and:\nCAD tools (Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA)\nERP systems (SAP, Oracle)\nMES / Manufacturing systems\nLead Windchill data migration, upgrades, deployment planning, and cutover activities.\n4. Stakeholder Management\nWork closely with business stakeholders, engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams.\nProvide architecture guidance during requirement analysis.\nConduct solution workshops and design reviews.\n5. Governance & Best Practices\nEstablish PLM standards, reusable frameworks, and development guidelines.\nDefine best practices for Windchill customization, workflows, and lifecycle processes.\nConduct technical risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.\n6.
