We love a good technical challenge and use it to grow together.\nWhat will you do in this role?\nDesign, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web applications, APIs, and backend services.\nIntegrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing, fast feedback loops, and automated quality gates.\nManage test environments, test data generation, and mock services so tests stay independent of external dependencies.\nSpeed up test execution through parallelization, containerization, and proactive management of flaky tests.\nCreate, maintain, and run functional, regression, API, integration, and end-to-end test suites.\nAnalyze build failures, separate framework issues from true product bugs, and track defects through resolution.\nExpand coverage to non-functional requirements, including performance, load, security, and accessibility testing.\nTrack quality metrics and test coverage to find gaps and build confidence in every release.\nPartner with software engineers and product managers during refinement to define acceptance criteria and build for testability.\nChampion a shift-left testing culture by helping developers add automated checks earlier in the pull request cycle.\nTake part in sprint planning, review test pull requests, and join release readiness sign-offs.\nHelp set engineering-wide QA standards, automation best practices, and testing guidelines.\nUse AI tools and trend analysis to spot new opportunities and contribute ideas that improve our processes, services, and products.\nThe technical chops needed for this role\nWe know great engineers pick up new tools and approaches quickly, so depth and adaptability matter more than checking every box. That said, we expect proven, hands-on experience in the areas below.
