We love a good technical challenge and use it to grow together.\nWhat will you do in this role?\nCollaborate with peers, product teams, backend engineers, and designers to shape frontend functionality that balances user experience, business goals, and rapid time-to-market.\nDesign and build frontend features that are clean, scalable, fast, and accessible, while maintaining the shared design system and reusable components.\nWrite straightforward, testable code that follows standards, with attention to usability, security, and reliability.\nHelp build a unified user experience across products, using Figma to capture our existing design language and evolve it thoughtfully.\nTake part in the full development process, sharing knowledge and contributing to consistent practices across teams.\nSupport and modernize existing applications, keeping them reliable, secure, and aligned with current practices while delivering new features.\nContribute to technical direction by evaluating new approaches and building on strong existing practices.\nStay current with modern frontend tooling and evolving browser capabilities to keep solutions performant and future-ready.\nPartner across teams to expand the use of AI-assisted and spec-driven development and explore new ways to integrate them into daily workflows.\n(Team Lead) Provide technical leadership for the modernization effort, mentor engineers, and help build and grow the team.\nThe technical chops needed for this role\nWe know great engineers pick up new tools and approaches quickly, so depth and adaptability matter more than checking every box. That said, we expect proven, hands-on experience in the areas below.
