How’s that for impact?\nWho we are looking for\nAs a member of the Hosting and Technical Services team, you will provide hands-on technical assistance with software implementations, including installations, upgrades, configurations, and data migrations, for customers and for our development, testing, and support environments. You will also build and maintain Windows-based cloud environments on Amazon Web Services, bridging the gap between customer-installed software and software as a service. For more information about compensation and benefits transparency, visit Total Rewards.\nYou must have\nA bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field and 3+ years of relevant experience requiring technical troubleshooting and problem solving, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nWe would like you to have\nStrong Windows Server administration experience (IIS and Active Directory management - PowerShell skills especially valuable).\nExperience with infrastructure as code and CI/CD. \nBasic database administration knowledge is especially valuable.
