Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • Обработка запросов клиентов и партнеров;
  • Оформление договоров, выставление счетов и первичной бухгалтерской документации, формирование заказов на производство продукции;
  • Работа в 1С и внутренней системе Компании.

Требования:

  • Знание Word, Exсel, Outlook;
  • Знание деловой этики;
  • Грамотная устная и письменная речь;

Будет плюсом: опыт работы в 1С.

Условия:

  • Работа в офисе г. Москва, ул. Викторенко, д. 9, стр. 1, 21 этаж
  • Полное соблюдение трудового законодательства РФ, оплачиваемые отпуска и больничные листы, "белая" заработная плата;
  • Начало работы с 9.00 до 18.00, продолжительность рабочего дня 8 часов + 1 час на обед;
  • Оплачиваемое работодателем питание в офисе или кафе;
