You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software products through rigorous testing and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders, you'll help shape exceptional user experiences by identifying issues before they reach our customers.\nAbout you\nYou're someone who naturally puts the client at the centre of everything you do. You’re a strong communicator, able to collaborate effectively with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure the highest quality outcomes.\nEfficient with your time and resources, you thrive in fast-paced environments and consistently maintain energy and focus to drive results.\nKey Roles and Responsibilities\nDesign test coverage across deterministic and non-deterministic layers, making conscious decisions about how coverage is distributed between E2E, API, and AI evaluation.\nDefine comprehensive testing strategies that set out what to test and what not to test, across functional, non-functional, and emerging AI-based behaviours.\nWrite API and contract test cases for service integrations, covering schema validation, argument correctness, authentication, and error handling.\nExtend the team's automation frameworks by contributing reusable fixtures, helpers, and global setup patterns.\nRun evaluation passes on AI-generated test outputs, using AI tooling for test generation and enrichment while applying human judgement to validate the results, and distinguish between prompt gaps, rubric gaps, and genuine product quality issues.\nTrack and report on quality KPIs for your product area using scorecard data, defect escape rates, and coverage metrics.\nCoach developers and product managers on testing practices, shifting the mental model from \"QA tests it\" to \"the team owns quality\", and help define what \"done\" looks like rather than only testing against it.\nPerform root-cause analysis on recurring production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nSkills, Knowledge and Experience:\nSolid experience with E2E, API, and exploratory testing across web applications.\nExperience authoring automated tests in a modern framework using fixture-based, test-isolated, CI-stable patterns.\nExperience authoring BDD scenarios and working with product stakeholders to validate acceptance criteria.\nAbility to write API test cases covering schema validation, authentication, and error responses.\nWorking knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python sufficient to read, write, and debug automation code.\nExperience troubleshooting test failures and performing root-cause analysis.\nComfortable in a CI/CD environment, with ownership of how automated tests integrate into the pipeline and stay stable.\nAble to deliver quality outcomes without close supervision, debugging and resolving issues independently.\nThe Rewards and Culture\nWe’re proud of our culture and deeply value the experience of every team member.
