Compensation decisions are also made in accordance with InfoTrack’s internal compensation philosophy, including consideration of internal pay equity, role alignment, and consistency across similarly situated employees.\nThis range represents the base salary InfoTrack US, Inc. reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Base salary is one component of the Company’s total compensation and benefits package.\nResponsibilities\nDraft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including SaaS and subscription agreements, master services agreements, statements of work, vendor agreements, data licensing agreements, and NDAs. \nManage commercial legal matters end to end, from intake and negotiation through approval, signature, and post-signature obligations. \nPartner with Product and Engineering as product counsel, providing practical legal guidance throughout the product lifecycle on regulatory, privacy, intellectual property, consumer protection, and contractual matters. \nReview customer-facing terms, product documentation, disclosures, and marketing claims, and advise on appropriate legal and regulatory considerations. \nAdvise on artificial intelligence features and vendor AI terms, including data use, ownership, transparency, and emerging regulatory requirements. \nSupport corporate governance and strategic transactions, including board and stockholder matters, entity maintenance, diligence, closing activities, and post-closing integration. \nSupport privacy and data security matters, including U.S. state privacy laws, data processing agreements, vendor diligence, data subject requests, and incident response readiness. \nAdvise on intellectual property matters, including trademark, copyright, trade secret, ownership, assignment, and licensing issues, in coordination with outside counsel as appropriate. \nPartner with People and Culture on employment-related matters, including policies, employee documentation, classification questions, leave and accommodation matters, performance management, separations, and workplace investigations. \nManage pre-litigation disputes, demand letters, subpoenas, third-party requests, and regulatory inquiries, coordinating with outside counsel as needed. \nHelp develop and maintain legal processes, contract templates, playbooks, self-service guidance, and legal technology systems that enable the business to operate efficiently. \nConduct legal research and provide clear, practical, and actionable advice to business leaders, executives, and cross-functional partners.\nThis is a broad generalist role, and we do not expect candidates to bring deep experience in every area listed below.
