experience in management or technical leadership roles (Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or Head of Software Development).\nLanguage: Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2).\nProven experience in platform modernization (replatforming), microservices architecture, and digital products such as marketplaces or SaaS platforms.\nStrong knowledge of .NET and .NET Core, particularly in modernization and migration projects.\nExperience with AWS cloud infrastructure, server migrations, and cloud-native solutions.\nKnowledge of SQL Server, Databricks, and large-scale database management.\nExperience with modern web architectures and advanced search engines.\nKnowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), including their integration into digital products.\nExperience developing and deploying end-to-end technology solutions.\nKnowledge of software engineering best practices, CI/CD, and DevOps culture.\nAbility to review code, define software architectures, and oversee the technical execution of projects.\nStrong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into functional technology solutions.\nWillingness to relocate to El Salvador if currently residing abroad.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine the future technology architecture of web and mobile platforms, ensuring high availability, security, and regional scalability.\nDesign and execute the roadmap for legacy system modernization, including migration from .NET to .NET Core and the adoption of cloud-native architectures and microservices.\nLead the adaptation and migration of the company's technology platforms to AWS.\nImplement solutions leveraging data analytics, advanced search engines, and artificial intelligence to optimize job matching and candidate analytics.\nLead an existing team of DevOps engineers, .NET developers, and UX/UI professionals.\nOversee the technical quality of software development, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance without being directly involved in day-to-day coding.\nCollaborate with C-level executives and Product Management leadership to define technical and strategic business priorities.\nMaintain direct communication with the Board of Shareholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives.\nTranslate business requirements into fully developed, functional, and scalable technology
