This remote role is pivotal in designing, architecting, and delivering high-quality data management solutions for our clients.\nAs a Solutions Architect, you will lead client engagements, guiding the discovery, design, and implementation of scalable solutions. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and strong client-facing skills to ensure solutions align with business needs and deliver strategic value.\nWe’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality, and Data Governance, both from architectural and functional perspectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nAdvisory\nEngage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and understand strategic objectives.\nEducate clients on platform capabilities, share best practices, and support decision-making.\nLead discovery and strategy workshops for business and technical audiences.\nAlign business requirements with technical capabilities and provide actionable recommendations.\nDevelop solution roadmaps, business benefit analyses, and ROI assessments.\nCommunicate technical concepts effectively across all levels of the client organization.\nSolution Design and Documentation\nDesign solutions, evaluate tools, and identify gaps between client needs and technology.\nDocument solution architecture including data integration, cleansing, quality, models, UI/workflows, and APIs.\nDevelopment and configuration leadership\nOversee development, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.\nPre-Sales Support\nSupport sales by assessing client IT landscapes, gathering requirements, and proposing solutions.\nPrepare presentations, proofs of concept, and visual materials for business development.\nContribute to proposals and statements of work by defining scope, approach, and effort.\nRequirements\nLanguages: Fluent in German and English.\nMust be located in Germany, Switzerland or Netherlands.\n5+ years of experience implementing data management solutions or ERP/CRM data modules.\nExperience with MDM technologies such as:\nInformatica MDM\nStibo STEP\nReltio\nSAP MDG\nTIBCO/Orchestra\nLead developer or functional consultant on at least 3 enterprise platform implementations.\nProven experience in:\nLeading discovery/design workshops and advisory meetings.\nConducting pre-sales presentations.\nDrafting proposals and statements of work.\nDesigning data models, business process flows, and data quality rules.\nLeading small consulting teams.\nPlanning implementation projects, including effort estimation, milestone setting, and release scheduling.\nDriving documentation standards, issue tracking, and code quality.\nNice-to-have Skills\nExperience with customer and product/material data domains.\nFamiliarity with data platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake).\nBackground in software development and solution customization.\nKnowledge of data governance frameworks.\nExperience with SAP ERP integration/migration (ECC and
