The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting Pega-based customer engagement and journey solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design and develop customer journeys and case management solutions using Pega CJCM.\n\n- Configure and customize Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and related customer engagement capabilities.\n\n- Develop and manage Pega case types, workflows, stages, processes, SLAs, and business rules.\n\n- Configure Customer Journey Management capabilities to deliver personalized customer experiences.\n\n- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Pega solutions.\n\n- Develop and configure Pega UI, data models, decisioning rules, integrations, and APIs.\n\n- Implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration frameworks.\n\n- Perform application testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support.\n\n- Follow Pega best practices and ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, and maintainable.\n\n- Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, code reviews, and deployment activities.\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, QA, and other development teams.\n\n- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n\n- Pega CSA / CSSA certification is preferred.\n\n- Experience working on Pega Customer Decision Hub / Next-Best-Action implementations.\n\n- Exposure to Pega Customer Service or other Pega CRM solutions.\n\n- Experience in production support and troubleshooting.\n\n- Knowledge of CI/CD and Pega deployment practices.\n\nSkills\nPega, Pega
