The role requires a strong combination of technical architecture, coding, business understanding, and client-facing skills.\n\nThe candidate should be able to understand client business challenges, identify relevant AI use cases, architect scalable solutions, and effectively present and demonstrate solutions to client stakeholders.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Understand client business requirements, challenges, and use cases and translate them into AI/ML solutions.\n\n- Design scalable AI/ML and Generative AI architectures, particularly using LLMs and RAG.\n\n- Build and guide the development of PoCs and production-grade AI solutions.\n\n- Remain hands-on with coding, APIs, model integration, and solution implementation.\n\n- Work with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, semantic search, and agentic AI workflows.\n\n- Conduct client discussions, technical workshops, architecture reviews, and solution demonstrations.\n\n- Recommend suitable AI technologies based on business value, scalability, performance, security, and cost.\n\n- Provide technical leadership and guidance to AI/ML engineering teams.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- Strong experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.\n\n- Strong programming skills, preferably Python.\n\n- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar.\n\n- Experience with OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, or similar LLMs.\n\n- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, AI Agents, and LLM evaluation.\n\n- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), and MLOps/LLMOps.\n\n- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, security, and scalability.\n\nConsulting & Client-Facing Skills :\n\n- Strong client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.\n\n- Ability to understand business problems and propose practical AI-driven solutions.\n\n- Ability to explain complex AI concepts and architecture to both technical and business stakeholders.\n\n- Experience working in an IT consulting / technology services environment is preferred.\n\nIdeal Candidate: A hands-on AI/ML Architect who can confidently move from business problem -
