This role is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and safety of all production and auxiliary equipment. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience, technical leadership, and the ability to drive maintenance best practices in a manufacturing environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nMaintain a strong knowledge of plant operations and production processes to support and improve plant efficiency. \nLead preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, project work, and equipment overhauls using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). \nAct as technical lead for equipment with a focus on controls and automation. \nPlan and coordinate maintenance improvement projects. \nOversee maintenance personnel schedules to ensure adequate facility coverage. \nEnsure the quality and completeness of all maintenance activities. \nMaintain communication for emergency plant needs. \nTrain new maintenance employees and oversee departmental development. \nHandle departmental complaints and resolve problems. \nCollaborate with Site and Corporate Management on maintenance projects and timelines. \nProvide direct support to all production activities. \nOther Duties\nMaintain spare parts inventory and stock levels. \nTag and manage parts needing repair or rebuild. \nMonitor and improve MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure). \nProcess purchase orders and receive materials. \nParticipate in Endot’s safety program and incident investigations. \nConduct performance appraisals and discipline/reward employees as needed. \nWork closely with HR and Management on policy compliance. \nLead Lean initiatives within the department. \nQualifications\nProven experience in a manufacturing or production environment with progressive, hands-on supervisory responsibilities. \nStrong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of plant systems (extruders, auxiliary equipment, loaders/receivers, pneumatics, hydraulics, etc.). \nElectrical, mechanical, and plumbing skills required. \nControls experience with Allen Bradley systems (PLC 5, SLC 500, MicroLogix, ControlLogix), PanelView HMI, and various Remote I/O types. \nExperience working independently and as part of a team. \nEffective communication and leadership skills. \nFamiliarity with 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles is an asset. \nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive base salary plus Sales Plan Incentives.\nComprehensive benefits package.\nProfessional development and training opportunities.\nThe opportunity to represent a market-leading product line with a strong reputation in the industry.\nCOMPANY OVERVIEW\nInfra Pipes has over 60 years of experience specializing in the design, manufacture, and custom fabrication of engineered polyethylene systems for water, wastewater, and stormwater management applications.
