Delivery & Operations : \n\n- Lead and mentor a DevOps/SRE team (10+ engineers) across multiple client projects.\n\n- Own delivery of projects SOW, milestones, SLAs, and client expectations.\n\n- Conduct sprint planning, standups, and reviews to ensure accountability and quality.\n\n- Ensure smooth resource onboarding, allocation, and project execution.\n\n- Track and report on KPIs, delivery metrics, and client success outcomes.\n\n2. Technical Leadership & Architecture : \n\n- Design and review multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-prem solution architectures.\n\n- Participate in client discovery calls, requirements gathering, and solutioning.\n\n- Drive adoption of automation, observability, and incident management best practices.\n\n- Contribute to architecture diagrams, case studies, technical blogs, and whitepapers.\n\n3. Quality & Strategy : \n\n- Define and enforce Quality Assurance (QA) processes for project delivery.\n\n- Develop and execute a technology operations strategy aligned with business goals.\n\n- Ensure compliance with delivery standards, security policies, and governance frameworks.\n\n4. People & Project Management : \n\n- Act as a Hiring Manager : recruit, onboard, and scale engineering teams.\n\n- Provide career guidance, training, and mentorship to build high-performance teams.\n\n- Effectively manage project planning, timelines, and human resource allocation.\n\n5. Client & Business Engagement : \n\n- Build strong relationships with US-based and global clients, ensuring proactive engagement and satisfaction.\n\n- Identify service expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within accounts.\n\n- Support pre-sales activities : solution proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.\n\n- Collaborate with marketing to support thought leadership, campaigns, and market positioning.\n\nCandidate Requirements : \n\n- We are looking for a mix of Solution Architect, Delivery Excellence, and Client Partner.\n\n- Career Path : Started as a DevOps Engineer and grew into Lead / Architect / Manager.\n\n- Experience : Hands-on with DevOps services and managed multiple projects/deliveries.\n\n- Product/Consulting Exposure : Experience as a DevOps Lead/Architect in mid-to-large product/consulting companies.\n\n- Leadership : Managed teams of 8 - 15+ engineers with proven mentoring and scaling capability.\n\n- Client Exposure : Worked with US/global clients, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Passion : Strong interest in DevOps tools, automation, and building scalable cloud solutions.\n\nTechnical Expertise Required : \n\n- Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) & On-prem Experience.\n\n- DevOps & SRE : Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, CI/CD pipelines.\n\n- Observability & Incident Response : Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, PagerDuty.\n\n- Databases : PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ.\n\n- Automation & Infra : Python/Go scripting, Linux, DNS, Networking.\n\n- Other Tools : Git, APM (NewRelic, OpenTelemetry), incident management & RCA writing.\n\nQualifications : \n\n- Experience : 6 -
