OperationsLead and mentor a DevOps/SRE team (10+ engineers) across multiple client projects.\nOwn delivery of projects - SOW, milestones, SLAs, and client expectations.\nConduct sprint planning, standups, and reviews to ensure accountability and quality.\nEnsure smooth resource onboarding, allocation, and project execution.\nTrack and report on KPIs, delivery metrics, and client success outcomes.\n\n Technical Leadership & ArchitectureDesign and review multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-prem solution architectures.\nParticipate in client discovery calls, requirements gathering, and solutioning.\nDrive adoption of automation, observability, and incident management best practices.\nContribute to architecture diagrams, case studies, technical blogs, and whitepapers.\n\n Quality & StrategyDefine and enforce Quality Assurance (QA) processes for project delivery.\nDevelop and execute a technology operations strategy aligned with business goals.\nEnsure compliance with delivery Architect, Delivery Excellence, and Client Partner.\nCareer Path: Started as a DevOps Engineer and grew into Lead / Architect / Manager\nExperience: Hands-on with DevOps services and managed multiple projects/deliveries.\nProduct/Consulting Exposure: Experience as a DevOps Lead/Architect in mid-to-large product/consulting companies.\nLeadership: Managed teams of 8-15+ engineers with proven mentoring and scaling capability.\nClient Exposure: Worked with US/global clients, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nPassion: Strong interest in DevOps tools,
