Our engineers produce planning, site, road, water, sewer and stormwater designs for real US projects, built to US state and county codes. This is a chance to build international design experience without leaving Egypt.\nResponsibilities\nPrepare civil designs and drawings for land development projects: site layout and grading, roads, water distribution, sanitary sewer and stormwater management.\n\nRead and apply US codes and standards, such as state transportation department road standards, county utility manuals and stormwater regulations, and produce designs that comply with them.\n\nPrepare calculations, quantities and design reports to support the drawings.\n\nAttend and contribute to online meetings with US clients, take notes and follow up on action items.\n\nRevise designs based on client review comments and keep work organized to client standards.\n\nCoordinate with senior engineers who review all work before delivery.\n\nRequirements\nRequirements\nB.Sc. in Civil Engineering.\n\n2 to 5 years of experience in infrastructure or land development design (roads, utilities, drainage or site works).\n\nVery good spoken and written English. You will read technical codes and speak with US engineers regularly.\n\nAbility to understand foreign engineering codes and turn them into compliant designs.\n\nWorking knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D is essential.\n\nFlexibility to adjust working hours to overlap with US time zones when needed.
