terminations.\nProvides daily supervision for all employees located onsite at the project location.\nEnsuring productivity levels are maintained through effective monitoring of staffing levels and financial requirements.\nGuiding personnel to achieve optimum performance levels.\nAssists with the budget and the development of processes to effective assist in cost controls and personal development of these analysts.\nCoordinates preparation of annual operating and capital plan, including outlining guidelines, timetables, reviews, consolidation, presentation, final completion, and reporting\nCoordinates preparation of monthly outlook and quarterly formal reforecast processes, including review, consolidation, presentation, final completion, and reporting\nAnalyzes and prepares monthly performance/profitability analysis summary for support services departments\nLiaises with field personnel during the monthly close process regarding variance review, accrual review, and journal entry preparation\nReviews headcount requests and makes recommendations to senior management\nAnalyzes and makes recommendations to senior management on all capital requests\nTracks, monitors and reports actual capital activity\nTracks, monitors and reports large maintenance project activity\nParticipates in project and acquisition transitions\nPrepares audit work papers as required including account flux activity\nProvides input into contracts and periodically review contracts\nUnderstands and adheres to all company health and safety procedures as they relate to essential job functions\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nStrong analytical and financial skills\nEffective written and verbal communication skills\nEffective time management and organizational skills\nStrong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications\nLocal governmental accounting experience preferred\n\nEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: BA/BS in Accounting or Business, MBA preferred and 7-10 years of experience in accounting, planning and forecasting or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Certified Public Accounting License
