technical guidance, training, and mentorship to Maintenance Technicians.\nMonitor work quality, coach team members, and promote continuous improvement.\nFoster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and professional development.\nMaintain Equipment Reliability\nPerform advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on:\nTurbine pumps\nCentrifugal pumps\nChemical feed systems\nElectrical motors and control panels\nDiagnose and repair sophisticated electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and instrumentation issues.\nConduct root cause failure analysis and implement corrective actions.\nDrive Safety and Compliance\nEnsure adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\nMaintain compliance with OSHA, DOT, environmental, and company requirements.\nRecommend process improvements and enhancements to maintenance procedures.\nTrain employees on safe work practices and proper operating techniques.\nPlan and Organize Maintenance Operations\nDevelop preventive maintenance schedules for equipment, vehicles, and facilities.\nMaintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and completion logs.\nSupport emergency response activities and operational continuity as needed.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n8+ years of maintenance, mechanical, or industrial operations experience\nValid Driver's License\nStrong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pumping systems\nPreferred Qualifications\nClass B CDL preferred\nExperience in water/wastewater, industrial, manufacturing, utility, or similar environments\nCertifications and training such as:\nSCBA\nCrane Operator\nForklift Operator\nRigging\nMetal Cutting\nCSI (or comparable industry certifications)\nTechnical Skills & Expertise\nSuccessful candidates will have experience with:\nAdvanced electrical troubleshooting and repair\nMotors, control panels, circuitry, and wiring systems\nPumps, lubrication systems, flange assembly, and packing\nAutomotive and equipment mechanics\nHazardous material handling procedures\nRoot Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)\nCMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)\nMicrosoft Office applications and related software\nPhysical Requirements\nTo perform this role successfully, candidates must be able to:\nFrequently lift and carry 50–60 pounds\nLoad, unload, and move equipment and tools\nAccess confined spaces when required\nWalk, climb stairs, and climb ladders on a continuous basis\nWork in a physically demanding industrial
