We're looking for a dynamic Lifestyle Coordinator to plan and execute community events, recreational programs, and resident activities that bring people together and enhance the resident experience.\nWhat You'll Do\nPlan, coordinate, and lead community events, social activities, and holiday celebrations.\nManage an annual calendar of events and lifestyle programming.\nCoordinate vendors, volunteers, event staff, and event logistics.\nCreate newsletters, flyers, and community communications.\nSupport resident clubs, committees, and volunteer programs.\nAssist with budgeting, event revenue tracking, and administrative reporting.\nSupport website updates and community marketing efforts.\nWork directly at community events, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.\nWhat We're Looking For\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\n2+ years of experience in event planning, activities coordination, hospitality, recreation, administrative support, or community engagement.\nLeadership or supervisory experience preferred.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).\nStrong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.\nValid Driver's License required.\nPhysical Requirements\nFrequently lift up to 50 pounds.\nStand and walk for extended periods.\nWork indoors and outdoors in varying weather
