You’ll play a key role in planning, improving processes, and driving operational efficiency.In this role, you will:\nLead, mentor, and develop maintenance staff to achieve high performance and safety standards\nPlan, schedule, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities\nEnsure all maintenance work is completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule\nPrioritize and coordinate emergency repairs to minimize downtime\nPartner with plant leadership to improve mechanical reliability and optimize systems\nImplement and enhance maintenance programs, including CMMS/work order systems\nAllocate resources effectively and support training and development initiatives\nContribute to performance management, including evaluations and staffing recommendations\nQualifications:\nProven experience supervising maintenance teams in an industrial or utility environment\nStrong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems\nWorking knowledge of pumps, motors, instrumentation, and control systems\nFamiliarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)\nSolid computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\nExcellent communication and organizational skills\nEducation & Experience\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\nAssociate’s degree in maintenance technology (or similar) preferred\n7–10 years of maintenance experience, including hands-on work with pumps, motors, and controls\nDemonstrated experience prioritizing work and leading maintenance operations\nLicenses & Certifications\nValid driver’s license required\nCDL is a plus\nPhysical Requirements\nThis role involves working in active plant environments and may include:\nFrequent walking, climbing, and stooping\nLifting up to 50 lbs\nExposure to varying weather and environmental
