One day you may be rebuilding a pump, the next troubleshooting electrical controls, performing predictive maintenance testing, or responding to a critical equipment issue.\nIf you're looking for maintenance on a wide variety of industrial equipment\nTroubleshoot and repair pumps, motors, gearboxes, blowers, belt presses, conveyors, and related process equipment\nAssist with equipment installations, replacements, and major maintenance projects\nDiagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues to minimize downtime\nConduct routine inspections and equipment performance testing\nPerform vibration analysis and other predictive maintenance activities\nSupport emergency repairs and on-call response efforts as needed\nPrepare and fabricate piping, brackets, supports, and other maintenance components\nPerform metal cutting, welding, brazing, and soldering operations\nMaintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and equipment documentation\nKeep tools, vehicles, maintenance areas, and shops clean, organized, and safe\nPartner with operations personnel and fellow technicians to identify and solve equipment reliability issues\nAdhere to all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nMinimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent technical training\nValid driver's license\nAbility to safely perform maintenance activities in an industrial environment\nExperience using hand tools, power tools, diagnostic instruments, and maintenance equipment\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in wastewater, water treatment, manufacturing, utilities, heavy industrial, or processing facilities\nWorking knowledge of pumps, motors, hydraulics, rotating equipment, and mechanical systems\nWelding and fabrication experience\nKnowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance programs\nCertifications such as Forklift Operator, Crane Operator,
