Must have a valid state driver’s license and meet minimum driving standards.\n\nKnowledge of:\nProblem Solving – identifying and resolving problems promptly, gathering and analyzing information skillfully, developing alternative solutions\nComputerized maintenance management software \n\nSkill in:\nDemonstrating persistence and overcoming obstacles\nUsing equipment and materials properly\nObserving safety and security procedures and in determining appropriate action beyond guidelines\nGenerating suggestions for improving work and developing innovative approaches and ideas\n\nAbility to:\nPursue training and development opportunities; continuously build knowledge and skillsRead and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals\nApply concepts of basic algebra and geometry\nApply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form\nDeal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations\n\nWorking conditionsThe position requires some responsibility for safety and health of others and/or for occasional enforcement of the standards of public safety or health.\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.\n\nPhysical requirements\nThis position requires frequent standing, kneeling, bending and climbing. The employee must be able to use hands to operate and manipulate tools and equipment.
