Licensed operators are preferred, but we also welcome candidates with experience in process control, industrial operations, maintenance, utilities, manufacturing, or those with advanced study in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related field.\nWhat You'll Do\nMonitor and operate water treatment equipment, pumps, motors, valves, and related systems.\nPerform routine testing, sampling, inspections, and basic laboratory analyses.\nTroubleshoot, maintain, and repair treatment equipment and instrumentation.\nDocument operational data and maintain regulatory compliance.\nRespond to emergencies and support plant operations as needed.\nHelp maintain a safe, clean, and secure facility.\nWhat We're Looking For\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\nWater/Wastewater Operator License preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.\nMechanical aptitude and maintenance experience strongly valued.\nStrong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to safety.\nValid driver's license required; CDL preferred.\nSchedule\nThis position requires working night shifts, including weekends, holidays, and participation in emergency call-out and on-call rotations.\nPhysical Requirements\nMust be able to lift up to 60 lbs., climb stairs and ladders, access confined spaces, and work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.\nBuild a meaningful career in a growing industry while making a direct impact on public health and environmental stewardship.
