This role ensures safety, efficiency, and quality standards are maintained while supervising and supporting employees during assigned shifts.\nKey Responsibilities\nLearn and understand pipe product sizes, types, and specifications.\nGain operational knowledge of assigned production equipment.\nRead and interpret product drawings and specifications.\nComplete and ensure accuracy of production records, reports, and paperwork.\nMaintain knowledge of quality standards and correct poor quality issues as needed.\nPerform and understand tasks assigned to subordinate employees.\nStudy and enforce SOPs to improve efficiency in the department.\nCollaborate with other facility departments to support production.\nEnsure safety and environmental standards are met and enforce company safety policies.\nUse SOPs to train employees effectively.\nPerform other duties as assigned by management.\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nDirect responsibility for supervising 3-10 employees.\nQualifications\nProficient English language skills: able to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, manuals, and write routine reports.\nStrong reasoning ability: able to solve problems, adapt to variable situations, and interpret instructions in written, verbal, diagram, or schedule form.\nStrong numeracy: able to calculate figures such as percentages, production rates, and work with measurements.\nLeadership skills to train, mentor, and enforce standards with subordinates.\nPhysical Demands & Work Environment\nRegularly required to use hands and fingers; able to talk and hear.\nFrequently required to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, crawl, and crouch; occasionally required to sit.\nFrequently lift up to 50 lbs; occasionally lift or move up to 70 lbs (assistance required above 50 lbs).\nVision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.\nMust be able to verbally communicate and understand verbal/written communication face-to-face or by telephone.\nWe Offer\nA safe, team-oriented work environment.\nOpportunities for leadership development and growth.\nCompetitive compensation and benefits package.\nShift-based schedule with overtime opportunities.\nCompany Overview\nInfra Pipes has over 60 years of experience specializing in the design, manufacture, and custom fabrication of engineered polyethylene systems for water, wastewater, and stormwater management applications.
