The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nLead planning, scheduling, execution, commissioning coordination, and closeout activities for data center deployment projects\nManage subcontractor activities, vendor coordination, and field resources to support successful project execution\nCoordinate rack and stack deployments, electrical infrastructure, cooling systems, low voltage systems, fiber backbone installations, and tenant improvement activities\nOversee project execution in active and live data center environments while ensuring adherence to operational controls and change management procedures\nCoordinate project schedules, shutdown activities, turnover milestones, and commissioning readiness requirements\nServe as the primary point of contact for regional, colocation, enterprise, and hyperscale customers, general contractors, and MEP contractors\nMonitor project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements throughout the project lifecycle\nPrepare executive reporting, project status updates, forecasts, and customer communications\nManage project invoicing, scope changes, change orders, and long lead procurement tracking\nCoordinate trades and ensure installations meet engineered designs, customer specifications, and quality standards\nEnforce quality assurance checklists, inspection hold points, and turnover readiness requirements\nSupport ITPs (Integration Test Plans), commissioning activities, punch list tracking, and project closeout documentation\nIdentify operational risks and support contingency planning for live environment work activities\nSupport multi-site deployments, multi-team builds, and large-scale rack deployment projects\nUtilize project management and tracking tools including Microsoft Project, Procore, Smartsheet, Excel, JIRA, ServiceNow, and related systems\nFollow all Company safety policies, customer site requirements, and established safe work practices at all times\nMaintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and administrative records\nTravel regularly to job sites, which may include overnight stays\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily.
