The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.\nEducation: High school diploma, general education degree (G.E.D.), or related trade school education\nExperience:\nOne year experience working with diesel engines\nOne to three years of strong automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving and repair experience\nASE certifications preferredTechnical Skills:\nAbility to operate shop machinery and equipment\nAbility to repair and maintain vehicle/construction equipment• Extensive knowledge of DOT and FMCSA guidelines\nSoft Skills:\nHighly organized and detail oriented\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines\nAbility to think analytically, apply sound judgment, and solve problems\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing\nMust have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets Company requirements\nMust be in good physical condition with the ability to stoop, crawl, bend at the knees and waist, squat and frequently lift up to 50 lbs.;
