Coordinate additional technical support or servicing when needed.\nField Coordination & Communication:Work closely with project managers, field crews, contractors, technical teams, and customer stakeholders to coordinate equipment setup, scheduling, deployment requirements, inventory, and project-specific operational needs.\nSafety & Compliance:Follow applicable OSHA requirements, site safety procedures, equipment operating protocols, emergency procedures, and company safety policies. Conduct safety checks, use appropriate PPE, and support safe work execution in active utility construction environments.\nDocumentation & Reporting:Maintain accurate transport logs, equipment inspections, setup records, maintenance and repair documentation, incident reports, and project status updates.\nOperational Support:Maintain equipment readiness and support field operations across remote, urban, and rugged environments, including travel, extended hours, evenings, weekends, and on-call assignments as required. Assist with other field, safety, logistics, and startup activities as assigned.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nEducation & Training:High school diploma or GED required. Technical training or certification in heavy equipment operation, mechanical or electrical systems, commercial driving, or related fields preferred.\nEquipment Experience:Experience operating, transporting, setting up, and maintaining heavy equipment, utility equipment, construction machinery, or similar field-based systems. Experience with transmission stringing equipment, tensioners, pullers, generators, or power distribution equipment preferred.\nMechanical & Technical Aptitude:Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, power, and communication systems, with the ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and operational challenges.\nLicensing:Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and driving record meeting company requirements required.\nSafety & Operational Judgment:Strong understanding of safe equipment operation, site safety procedures, hazard identification, emergency response requirements, and safe work practices in active utility construction environments.\nCommunication & Collaboration:Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with field crews, technical teams, contractors, customers, and project stakeholders.\nPhysical & Field Requirements:Ability to safely operate large vehicles and equipment, lift and carry tools and equipment weighing over 50 pounds when required, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions, rugged terrain, remote locations, and potentially hazardous environments, with or without reasonable accommodation.\nTravel & Flexibility:Willingness to travel to project sites, work flexible or extended schedules, including evenings, weekends, and on-call assignments, and adapt to changing operational priorities in a growing business.\nNext Steps\nReady to make an impact?
