Job Description- Develop and implement a national operations strategy aligned with Infravision company goals and objectives. Ensure Program management of nationwide projects as per specified parameters. Oversee all aspects of transmission line construction projects, from pre-construction planning to final handover. Ensure close coordination for construction activities with respective PMs. Ensure all enabling activities for project success, stakeholders management for project success as per laid down SOPs. Strict compliance of all safety standards at site. Manage and optimize project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control. Lead and mentor regional project managers, providing coaching and support to achieve successful project outcomes. Foster a culture of safety excellence across all field teams, implementing and enforcing safety protocols. Manage subcontractor relationships, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to project timelines and specifications. Working closely with Project Managers, QHSE, SCM & other functionals leads to ensure smooth work execution.
