teams to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and resources required for construction activities.\nManage resource allocation, including labour, subcontractors, and equipment, to optimise project efficiency.\nIssues and Risk Management:\nFacilitate the timely resolution of or escalation project issues as per the agreed governance structure.\nIdentify potential risks related to construction challenges, regulatory compliance, weather impacts, and other external factors\nConduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential challenges.\nImplement risk management processes and ensure proactive measures are taken to address identified risks.\nCross-functional Collaboration:\nCollaborate with customer and principal contractor project teams, including team leads, and subject matter experts, to ensure alignment and integration of construction plans.\nLiaise with internal teams, contractors, regulatory authorities, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.\nCoordinate resources and manage dependencies to ensure smooth project execution.\nQuality and Safety Compliance:\nEnsure compliance with industry-specific quality standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.\nCollaborate with safety officers and quality control teams to maintain a safe and high-quality construction environment.\nDocumentation and Reporting:\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.\nGenerate regular progress reports and updates for relevant stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.\nContinuous Improvement:\nLead project post-mortems to identify lessons learned and
