Travel as required to support equipment and operational needs.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nSoftware Development Experience: 3-5 years of professional software development experience.\nProgramming Expertise: Strong proficiency in C++ and JavaScript, including experience developing user interfaces using React.\nFlight Software Integration: Experience with ArduPilot, PX4, MAVLink, or similar flight software ecosystems highly desirable.\nEngineering Fundamentals: Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including version control with Git, debugging, testing, and developing maintainable, reliable code.\nTechnical Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose complex software issues, analyze system behavior, and develop practical solutions across integrated software and hardware environments.\nCollaboration: Ability to work effectively within a small, multidisciplinary engineering team and communicate technical information clearly.\nWork Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
