Together, we collaborate, commit to innovation and shape the future of our industry, building a culture of trust, transparency and enjoyment.\nAbout the role\nAs HR Project Manager, you will modernise how HR works across Infront by evaluating and implementing new HR technologies, with a strong focus on AI and automation. You will identify opportunities to simplify processes, test new solutions and lead their implementation and adoption.\nYour first major project will be the replacement of our current HRIS, which you will lead from vendor selection through implementation, go-live and adoption.\nResponsibilities\nHR technology & AI\nEvaluate new HR technologies and AI solutions and recommend the best fit for Infront.\nLead HR system implementations end to end, including requirements, vendor selection, configuration, data migration, testing, go-live and adoption.\nManage integrations with payroll, time tracking, Microsoft 365 and Finance systems.\nIdentify and pilot AI use cases across HR, including recruiting, onboarding, self-service, document creation and data analysis.\nBuild simple AI and automation solutions and act as an AI champion within HR, sharing best practices and supporting adoption.\nPartner with Legal and Compliance to ensure responsible and compliant use of AI.\nProcess automation & data\nReview HR processes and identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate them.\nBuild automated workflows using tools such as Power Automate, SharePoint and HRIS-native functionality.\nMaintain strong HR data quality and develop automated dashboards and KPIs.\nSupport data requirements for initiatives such as pay transparency and job architecture.\nProject & change management\nLead HR technology and transformation projects, managing timelines, risks, budgets and stakeholders.\nPartner closely with HR, IT, Finance, payroll providers and other business functions.\nDrive successful adoption through communication, training and change management across multiple countries.\nWho You Are\nDegree in Business Administration, Information Systems, HR or a related field.\n1-3 years' experience in HR, HR technology or a related project role.\nHands-on experience with at least one HR or enterprise system implementation, such as configuration, data migration, testing or go-live.\nExperience independently leading a project or workstream and coordinating stakeholders.\nStrong interest in AI, with hands-on experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Claude.\nStrong analytical and process-thinking skills, with the ability to translate business needs into structured solutions.\nInterest in workflow automation and low-code tools such as Power Automate and SharePoint, ideally with some hands-on experience.\nFluent English.\nOur offer\nWhile our benefits may vary depending on your location, they typically include:\nHealth & wellness: Benefit from wellbeing initiatives tailored to local needs, including access to an employee assistance programme that provides confidential support to employees and their families.\nHoliday: Enjoy competitive holiday entitlement aligned with local markets, so you can rest and recharge.\nRemote work: Enjoy the flexibility to work part of your week from home, with flexible working hours where possible.
